Design-partner pilot terms
last updated 23 October 2026
The pilot
meetingRudder is offered by Forge Labs Limited (a New Zealand company, number 9371413; "Forge Labs", "we") to invited organisations as a pre-release pilot, free of charge. It is still being developed: features will change, and it may be unavailable at times. There is no service-level commitment during the pilot.
Your content
Your organisation owns its meetings, transcripts, notes and recordings. You give Forge Labs permission to process them only to provide and support the service for you. We don't use them to train AI models or for any other customer. You can export or delete them at any time.
Your responsibilities
- Tell everyone in a meeting that it is being recorded, and comply with the recording, consent and privacy laws that apply to you.
- Keep sign-in to your organisation's members, and don't use the service for anything unlawful or to record people covertly.
- Check what the service produces. Notes, actions and judgments are generated automatically and can be wrong.
Feedback
As a design partner you may share feedback; we may use it to improve the product without obligation to you.
Ending the pilot
Either side can stop at any time by telling the other. When you leave, you can export your meetings first; we delete your organisation's data when you ask us to (see the privacy notice).
Liability
The pilot is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Forge Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability to you under or in connection with the pilot is limited to the greater of the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim and NZ$1,000. You are using the service for the purposes of a business, so the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply; nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.
